In recognition of AS Monaco’s early commitment, Monaco receives first-refusal rights on players scouted during the showcase. TTMIB circulates the shortlist to Monaco first; upon a “go”, TTMIB facilitates trials, visas and contracts. If declined, candidates may then be opened to other parties after Monaco’s decision window.
