Financial Framework & Cost Logic
The total project cost covers all core services required to safely host and deliver a 10-day international development camp for a 30-member Nigerian delegation in Bor.
Transport & Shuttle Package – €5,000 (Flat Rate)
Full Belgrade–Bor–Belgrade transfers, daily local shuttles for training and matches, 24/7 driver availability, fuel, tolls and coordination with one full-size bus plus backup minivan.
Accommodation & Full Board Catering – €25,500
€85 per person × 30 delegates × 10 days. Includes 3 meals per day, hydration, laundry service, players in team hostel, staff in 3★ hotel, meeting rooms and housekeeping.
Training & Stadium Usage – €1,500
Unlimited access to training pitch and stadium, floodlights, locker rooms, physio spaces, training equipment (balls, cones, mannequins) and basic field maintenance.
Match Officials & Operations – €480
4 friendly matches including full referee teams, match coordination, match balls and stadium operations on match days.
Coaching & Methodology Clinics – €800
Three structured coaching workshops, tactical sessions, methodology exchange between Serbian and Nigerian coaches, plus certificates of participation.
Medical Support Package – €500
Doctor on call, physiotherapy support, basic injury assessment, emergency coordination and first-aid equipment.
Media & Public Relations – €450 (Optional)
Media day, press coverage, match photos, training clips, social media content and invitations for scouts and local partners.
TTMIB Coordination & Management Fee – €3,500
End-to-end project management: investor and payment coordination, documentation control, embassy liaison, crisis management and 24/7 availability throughout the project.
All figures are quoted in Euro (€). International flights, visa fees at the embassy and personal extras (shopping, private excursions, etc.) are not included in this package.
