KEY TERMS

• Valid until: 01 March 2026

• Commission: 10% of gross income

• Governed by FIFA FFAR 2023

PREAMBLE

This Agreement is concluded in accordance with the FIFA Football Agent Regulations (FFAR 2023). The Agent is duly licensed by FIFA and entitled to represent Players in employment-related and transfer-related matters.

ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE OF REPRESENTATION

The Player appoints the Agent as his exclusive representative for all employment and transfer negotiations with professional football clubs during the term of this Agreement.

ARTICLE 2 – TERM AND RENEWAL

This Agreement remains valid until 01 March 2026 and may be renewed up to two (2) additional years if a contract, letter of interest or formal offer is obtained during its validity.

ARTICLE 3 – REMUNERATION

The Player pays the Agent a commission of 10% of gross income from any contract or transfer resulting from the Agent’s work. Payments follow FIFA and national regulations.

ARTICLE 9 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes are submitted to the FIFA Football Tribunal (Dispute Resolution Chamber). Appeals go to CAS Lausanne.

ARTICLE 10 – GOVERNING LAW

Governed by FIFA regulations and subsidiarily by Swiss law.
