PLAYER REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT

(According to FIFA Football Agent Regulations – FFAR 2023)

(the "Player")

KEY TERMS

• Valid until: 01 March 2026

• Commission: 10% of gross income

• Governed by FIFA FFAR 2023

PREAMBLE

This Agreement is concluded in accordance with the FIFA Football Agent Regulations (FFAR 2023). The Agent is duly licensed by FIFA and entitled to represent Players in employment-related and transfer-related matters.

ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE OF REPRESENTATION

1.1 The Player appoints the Agent as his exclusive representative for all employment and transfer negotiations with professional football clubs during the term of this Agreement.

1.3 The Player confirms that he has not appointed, and shall not appoint, any other agent for the same scope during the validity of this Agreement.

ARTICLE 2 – TERM AND RENEWAL (PERFORMANCE-BASED)

2.1 This Agreement commences on the date of signature and remains valid until 01 March 2026, unless terminated earlier under Article 8.

2.2 Performance-Based Renewal (Three Stages):

This Agreement may be renewed for up to two (2) additional years, in accordance with Article 11(5) FFAR 2023, if any of the following apply during the initial term:

2.3 Any of the above stages constitute a successful representation outcome and trigger the option to extend this Agreement for up to two (2) additional years, upon mutual written confirmation and re-registration on the FIFA Agent Platform.

2.4 If none of the above occur, this Agreement expires automatically on 01 March 2026 without further obligations.

ARTICLE 3 – REMUNERATION

3.1 The Player pays the Agent a commission of ten percent (10%) of gross income from any employment contract or transfer agreement resulting from the Agent's services.

3.2 Payments follow FIFA and national association rules and may be processed via the FIFA Clearing House.

3.3 No third-party payments permitted.

ARTICLE 4 – REGISTRATION

This Agreement shall be uploaded and registered on the official FIFA Agent Platform.

ARTICLE 5 – AGENT'S OBLIGATIONS

Act in good faith, avoid conflicts of interest, comply with all regulations, maintain transparency and inform the Player of all material developments.

ARTICLE 6 – PLAYER'S OBLIGATIONS

Provide accurate information, cooperate in good faith, not appoint other agents for the same scope, and immediately inform the Agent of offers.

ARTICLE 7 – CONFIDENTIALITY

All negotiations and terms are confidential except where disclosure is legally required.

ARTICLE 8 – TERMINATION

May be terminated by mutual consent, for just cause, upon expiry, or for material breach after 14 days' written notice without remedy.

ARTICLE 9 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes → FIFA Football Tribunal (Dispute Resolution Chamber); appeals → CAS Lausanne.

ARTICLE 10 – GOVERNING LAW

Governed by FIFA Regulations and subsidiarily Swiss law.

ARTICLE 11 – MISCELLANEOUS

Invalid clauses do not affect remainder; entire agreement supersedes prior arrangements; amendments must be in writing and registered; English version prevails.

ANNEX I – COOPERATION PARTNERS (NON-BINDING)

For support and coordination in scouting and player management, the Agent cooperates with:

This cooperation does not create contractual rights or obligations for the Player. The Player's sole contractual counterparty remains the licensed FIFA Agent, Mr. Alper Kinali.

Digital signatures via Adobe Fill & Sign or Smallpdf eSign are legally valid under the eIDAS and ESIGN Acts.
