• Commission: 10% of gross income
• Scope: 9 MLS Clubs (exclusive)
• Governed by FIFA FFAR 2023

PREAMBLE

This Agreement is concluded in accordance with the FIFA Football Agent Regulations (FFAR 2023). The Agent is duly licensed by FIFA and entitled to represent Players in employment-related and transfer-related matters.

ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE OF REPRESENTATION

1.1 The Player appoints the Agent as his exclusive representative for all employment and transfer negotiations with the following clubs in Major League Soccer (MLS):

• FC Dallas
• San Jose Earthquakes
• Houston Dynamo
• Philadelphia Union
• Nashville SC
• Cincinnati FC
• Los Angeles Galaxy
• Los Angeles FC
• Chicago Fire

1.2 The representation covers negotiation and conclusion of employment and transfer agreements, including endorsements where authorized by the Player.

ARTICLE 2 – TERM AND RENEWAL (PERFORMANCE-BASED)

2.1 This Agreement commences on the date of signature and remains valid until 01 March 2026.

2.2 It may be renewed up to two (2) years based on achieved results or contract offers facilitated by the Agent.

ARTICLE 3 – REMUNERATION

The Player pays the Agent a commission of ten percent (10%) of gross income resulting from the Agent's work, as defined under FIFA FFAR 2023.

ARTICLE 4 – REGISTRATION

This Agreement shall be registered on the FIFA Agent Platform within ten (10) days of signature.

ARTICLE 5 – OBLIGATIONS

Agent: act in good faith, maintain transparency, follow FIFA regulations.
Player: provide truthful information, not appoint other agents for the same scope.

ARTICLE 6 – CONFIDENTIALITY

All information exchanged remains confidential unless disclosure is legally required or mutually agreed upon.

ARTICLE 7 – TERMINATION

Either party may terminate by mutual consent, for just cause, or upon expiry of term. Rights accrued before termination remain valid.

ARTICLE 8 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute shall be referred to the FIFA Football Tribunal. Appeals may be submitted to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne, Switzerland.

ARTICLE 9 – GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the FIFA FFAR 2023 and subsidiarily by Swiss law.
