Not every player needs an agent.
Every serious career needs a network.
Difficult situations are not the problem.
They're the beginning.
Dietmar Wendorff is a German football consultant and founder of the international network.
TTMIB – Time to make it better – Worldwide Management Network
With over three decades of experience in international football, he operates at the intersection of player management, talent development, international cooperation, and strategic consulting in professional football.
As early as the 2000s, Wendorff was active in Germany, supporting young players — particularly from migrant families — and helping them establish themselves within local club structures. From 2005 onwards, he began building an international network of scouts, clubs, academies, and consultants across Europe and Africa.
In 2009, he formally established his player representation and consulting structure, which grew into the international TTMIB network.
Before the deal. Before the headline.
Before the career — there is a decision.
A key focus of his work lies in Africa and international talent development. Wendorff has worked for many years with partners, academies, and scouts in Nigeria, Ghana, Angola, Gambia, and Côte d'Ivoire, accompanying players from local academies into international professional structures.
Beyond traditional player representation, Wendorff is active in strategic consulting — including facilitating connections between investors, ownership groups, and clubs in the context of equity stakes, cooperation agreements, and club acquisitions. In such processes, he frequently serves as the link between clubs, investors, and international networks.
He is engaged in international football development programmes, including:
In player representation, the TTMIB network focuses particularly on Major League Soccer (USA), England, and Turkey, while maintaining connections across numerous European leagues, as well as with partners in Asia and South America.
Today, Dietmar Wendorff works globally on talent development, international transfers, club cooperations, and strategic consulting in the global football business.
