Working since the early 2000s with young players in Germany — particularly from migrant families. From 2005 onwards, building an international network of scouts, clubs, academies and consultants. In 2009, formally established as TTMIB.
Core markets: Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, Mali and Gambia. Additional access to Angola, Tanzania and other African markets through freelance scouts and local partners.
Focus on Germany, France, Spain and Italy. Additional corridors in Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Portugal with the Benfica/Sporting lane, the Balkan route via Croatia/Serbia and Eastern Europe including Bulgaria/Romania.
Direct lines into English football. Player placement and academy partnerships across the Premier League pyramid and relevant development environments.
