Dietmar Wendorff

Not every player needs an agent.
Every serious career needs a network.

German football consultant. Founder of TTMIB — Time to make it better — Worldwide Management Network. Memmingen, Germany. Operating across Europe, Africa, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the Americas.

More than three decades at the intersection of player management, talent development, international cooperation and strategic consulting in professional football.

Working since the early 2000s with young players in Germany — particularly from migrant families. From 2005 onwards, building an international network of scouts, clubs, academies and consultants. In 2009, formally established as TTMIB.

The Wendorff Doctrine

We enter where others exit.

Zero is where we start. Excellence is where we take you.
— I —
Difficult situations are not the problem.

They are the beginning. Most careers stall in the moments where structure is missing. That's where TTMIB starts working.

— II —
Before the deal. Before the headline.

Before the career — there is a decision. The right environment chosen at the right moment is the difference between a contract and a career.

— III —
If you know who you are, you know where you are going.

Identity is structure. Structure is leverage. The TTMIB network exists to give players, clubs and partners both.

Specializations

Four Pillars

What we are specialized in.

A focused practice with global reach. Each pillar reinforces the others.
I

Talents — Africa & South America

Years of presence on the ground with partners, academies and scouts in Nigeria, Ghana, Angola, Gambia and Côte d'Ivoire — extended into the South American market.

II

Building Structures — Africa Advisory

Strategic consulting for clubs and federations: from initial scouting architecture to the development of complete talent pipelines.

III

Investors & Sponsors — Both Directions

A bidirectional matchmaker. Clubs seeking capital. Investors seeking footballing assets. Sponsors seeking platforms. TTMIB connects the right side to the right side.

IV

Media — Saran Group & Beyond

Direct media involvement through partnerships including Saran Group. Tournament broadcasting, content rights, brand-level visibility for players and projects.

The Ecosystem
05·17
Complex Projects

One network. Six worlds connected.

TTMIB does not work in isolation. The most ambitious African talent projects sit at the intersection of governments, federations, academies, clubs, capital and media — simultaneously.

Investors · Capital
Media · Sponsors
Few players in the football industry can move in all six worlds at once. Building development programs around African talent — embedded with governments, national federations, local academies, European clubs, financial partners and global media — is what TTMIB has been quietly engineering for over a decade.
