How do the two days work?

Der genaue Trainingsplan wird intern vom Klub gesteuert. Grundstruktur:

  • Tag 1: Ankunft, Kennenlernen, erste Einheit mit Fokus auf Positionsprofil, Intensität und Grundverhalten gegen den Ball.
  • Tag 2: Spielnahe Formen, Spielformen im U21-Tempo, Abschlusssituationen und enges Coaching durch den Staff.
  • Zwischendurch: Feedback, kurze Gespräche zu Profil, Potenzial und möglichen nächsten Schritten.

The exact training plan is handled internally by the club. Basic structure:

  • Day 1: Arrival, introductions, first session focused on position profile, intensity and basic out-of-possession behaviour.
  • Day 2: Game-related drills, small-sided games at U21 tempo, finishing situations and close coaching from the staff.
  • In between: Feedback, short talks about profile, potential and possible next steps.

  • Contract chance: Possibility for an amateur contract up to €500/month.
  • Next step: With minutes in the 1st team, the chance for a bigger amateur or professional deal grows.
  • April window: Players who impress in December can be invited back for a 1-week trial in April.
Your performance in these 2 days decides whether you were just „there“ – or whether you enter the internal plan of the club.

What type of player fits?

Gesucht werden keine Social-Media-„Talente“, sondern Spieler, die im U21-Tempo bestehen können.

  • Jahrgänge: 2005–2007, idealerweise mit Erfahrung auf höherem Jugend- oder Herren-Niveau.
  • Physis: Sprint-, Zweikampf- und Wiederholungsfähigkeit auf U21-/Herren-Level.
  • Mentalität: Profi-Haltung, keine Ausreden, kein Nightlife-Tourismus – Fokus auf Fußball.
  • Taktik: Grundverständnis von Pressing, Restverteidigung und Positionsdisziplin.
  • Charakter: Respektvoll gegenüber Mitspielern, Staff und Klub – aber auf dem Platz maximal konkurrenzfähig.

The club is not looking for social-media „talents“, but players who can survive U21 tempo.

  • Birth years: 2005–2007, ideally with experience on advanced youth or senior level.
  • Physical: Sprint, duels and repeatability at U21/senior level.
  • Mentality: Professional attitude, no excuses, no nightlife tourism – focus on football.
  • Tactical: Basic understanding of pressing, defensive shape and positional discipline.
  • Character: Respectful towards teammates, staff and club – but fully competitive on the pitch.
