Roda JC Kerkrade, together with LowensSport and TTMIB, opens a deliberately small U21 trial window. No mass event, no show case – but maximum 5 players who can prove they carry a real U21 profile.

  • 📅 16–17 December 2025 – two full days in the U21 environment.
  • ⚽ 3 training sessions with staff from the pro setup.
  • 💶 800 € fee – your own investment into your career.
  • 🧬 Birth years 2005–2007 with solid youth or senior experience.
  • 🚨 Only 5 spots – focus on quality, not numbers.
The focus is on players who are not „tourists“, but ready to prove themselves in a real professional club environment – on the pitch and in their daily behaviour.

Roda JC ist ein Traditionsklub im niederländischen Profifußball. Das U21-Team ist die direkte Brücke in Richtung 1. Mannschaft – aber nur, wenn dein Profil passt.

Why Roda JC – and why so small?

Roda JC is a traditional Dutch professional club. The U21 team is the direct bridge towards the first team – but only if your profile fits.

  • Clear visibility for U21 staff and club decision makers.
  • Realistic pathway to train with the 1st team if you impress.
  • First real taste of tempo, intensity and professionalism in a Dutch pro club.
If you perform: training with the first team, option for an amateur contract (up to approx. 500 €/month) and – with minutes in the first team – a pathway towards a bigger amateur or pro deal.
Ablauf

Wie laufen die zwei Trial-Tage ab?

  • Tag 1 – Anreise, Kennenlernen, erste Einheit (Abend / Flutlicht).
  • Tag 2 – zwei Einheiten (taktisch + Spiel-/Spielformen), Abschlussgespräch mit Feedback.
  • Zwischen den Einheiten: klare Regeln zu Ernährung, Regeneration und Verhalten.
  • U21-Staff und Verantwortliche beobachten Training, Körpersprache und Verhalten außerhalb des Platzes.
Unterkunft und Anreise werden individuell organisiert. LowensSport und TTMIB unterstützen bei Fragen zur Planung.
Schedule

How do the two trial days look?

  • Day 1 – arrival, introductions, first session (evening / floodlights).
  • Day 2 – two sessions (tactical + game situations), closing talk with feedback.
  • Between sessions: clear rules for nutrition, recovery and behaviour.
  • U21 staff and decision makers watch training, body language and behaviour off the pitch.
Travel and accommodation are organised individually. LowensSport and TTMIB assist with planning questions.
Profil & Mentalität

Welcher Spielertyp passt?

Dieses Fenster ist nicht für Spieler, die „mal reinschnuppern“ wollen. Es ist für Spieler, die bereit sind, Eigeninvest und klaren Fokus mitzubringen.

  • Geburtsjahre 2005, 2006 oder 2007.
  • Erfahrung auf gutem Jugend- oder Herren-Niveau.
  • Physisch und mental bereit für ein U21-Profi-Umfeld.
  • Stabiler Charakter – kein Drama, keine Ausreden.
  • Akzeptiert, dass es in der U21 zunächst kein Gehalt und keine Wohnung gibt.
  • Bringt eigene Investition und klare Motivation mit.
  • Respektiert Trainer, Staff und Mitspieler – kein Tourist, sondern Arbeiter in Schuhen.

  • Birth years 2005, 2006 or 2007.
  • Experience on a good youth or senior level.
  • Physically and mentally ready for a U21 pro environment.

  • Understands that there is no salary and no housing at the start in U21.
  • Brings own investment and clear motivation.
  • Respects coaches, staff and teammates – not a tourist, but a worker in boots.
