Wer überzeugt, bekommt die Chance, Schritt für Schritt in Richtung U21-Stammplatz, Training mit der 1. Mannschaft und Amateurvertrag zu gehen – mit klarer Option auf mehr.

Together with LowensSport and TTMIB, Roda JC Kerkrade opens a deliberately small U21 trial window. No show event, no mass intake – but max 5 players who must prove they can function inside a Dutch professional environment.

If you convince, you can work step by step towards a regular U21 role, training with the 1st Team and an amateur contract – with a clear option for more.

Es geht nicht darum, dass du „dabei warst“, sondern ob du konkret eine Tür aufmachst – für dich selbst und ggf. später für andere Spieler aus deinem Umfeld.

Wenn du überzeugst:

  • Möglichkeit auf Training mit der 1. Mannschaft.
  • Amateurvertrag (bis ca. 500 €/Monat) als erste Stufe.
  • Mit Spielminuten im Profi-Team: Option auf größer dimensionierten Vertrag.
  • Spieler mit starkem Eindruck bekommen im April eine 1-wöchige Einladung.

  • With minutes in the 1st Team: option for a more substantial deal.
  • Players who impress will be invited in April for a 1-week trial.

  • Stabile Persönlichkeit, keine Drama- oder Ausreden-Mentalität.

  • Akzeptiert, dass kein Gehalt / keine Wohnung zu Beginn gestellt werden.
  • Bringt eigene Investition und klare Motivation mit.
  • Respektiert Trainer, Staff und Mitspieler – kein Tourist, sondern Arbeiter im Trikot.
